News: The Society for Medical Decision Making (SMDM) Task Force Issues Guidance on Modeling (More…)

The Society for Medical Decision Making (SMDM)  commissioned a Modeling Good Research Practices Task Force.   The Task Force produced guidance on modeling. Reports are now available online and will appear in the Sept/Oct 2013 issue of Medical Decision Making. Developed by leading experts in decision analysis, economics, simulation, and related disciplines, these seven reports provide comprehensive guidance for designing, implementing, and validating model-based studies to inform medical decision making. These reports are available at no charge through SMDM at the links listed below.
